{the only way we do Weddings}
We want to make sure your WEDDING is as perfect as it can be, which means using trusted vendors, experienced and knowledgeable professionals -who know about the ranch and will do everything they can to make it AMAZING, while making it fun and enjoyable (as it should be) throughout!
We are here for you during the whole process and your Wedding Day will be Private and the day will be ALL ABOUT YOU & your family and friends!
The Wedding Packages include everything listed and you are welcome to ADD-ON extra nights, extra guests, etc. however the "All-Inclusive" means that we have included everything we think you really NEED, and must have to make your Wedding an AMAZING Wedding!  

The only DIFFERENCES to the
PACKAGES is primarily number of guests to attend...(*we start at 100 guests -if you need a smaller package, unfortunately due to fixed costs & doing only one wedding PER weekend, the price will stay the same, however you may get additional items included {at no extra charge}, such as additional nights of lodging and/or appetizers, upgrades, etc. -PLEASE INQUIRE! Each couple's needs varies)and with more guests, you do get some added bonuses included, such as an extra night, or so.... but every package can be ADDED on to (per person/additional guests one by one, or additional nights for lodging), but we don't take off from, so it's best to go conservative.
 
Of course you'll need to eat, drink, have music, sit down, use nice china, have proper tablecloths, use REAL utensils, have a dance floor, --you will also need a shuttle, which we include as well, so all of your guests can get up to the ranch safe and sound... as well as back down again!  They all meet at the Casino - so they will be able to find it, as well as when your event is over, if they want to keep going all night, or make a weekend out of it - they will be right there at a really great Casino -- great rooms, great food, gambling, entertainment, all night cafe, we couldn't have planned it better!  
*note: you can still ADD-ON extras (such as extra guests, extra days at the ranch), but everything included in the package is a must!
We want you to have a fun time at your own wedding, as well as your guests!

We want to add that we have made these packages as complete and reasonable as we can!  On occasion we reevaluate and determine if we need to adjust our prices to keep up with our costs.  Prices are subject to change until booked. We have the belief that you should not be rushed or overcharged!
 (We think 1 Wedding or Event per weekend is more than enough! ....now 2 or 3 or even 4 per day is ridiculous!) 
We can't promise dates until the contract is out!

Our Wedding Coordinator
is INCLUDED for
"day of"
in ALL of the packages! (includes 8 hours for day of, plus e-mail coordination or meeting, ~extra time is $25 per hour day of or for extra help needed prior to wedding day)
Duties include:  Wedding Day coordination and timeline for included vendors, contact person for guests, deliveries (cake/flowers, etc.),  shuttle coordination, outside vendors, helping with flow, making sure ceremony and reception set-up;  tables, dancefloor, flowers, are in accordance to the brides wishes... arranging china, flatware, napkins, special details the bride has in mind.... 
 
Package 1 - The Perfect Day and Night Wedding Package  $23,500 ( price subject to increase -until booked... includes  everything listed -labor, taxes have all been included!)   
  • Private Use of the Ranch!   -you won't be sharing it with others!  It's your day!  You get 24 hours for you and your family!* (house and cottage sleeps 15 in beds, up to 20 total overnight ok!)

  • Lodging in the main house (6,000 square feet) - 1 Night (sleeps 10 in beds)

  • Set up, cleaning fee, and take down and clean up of all Wedding & Reception items provided (including trash/linens, etc.)
  • Bar Service! using Best Beverage Catering service:  Champagne, Beer, Wine, Soda, Water, Glasses, Ice, and Hard Alcohol/Mixed Drinks open & unlimited for 5 hours!  {yes, open bar for your guests included!}
  • DJ plus sound system and microphone for 5 hours (plus a consultation ahead, you let him know what you want played!) *note: outdoor venues (which we are) are required to have all loud noise cut off by 10 p.m. 
  • Outside lighting - string lights
  • Rice Paper Lanterns -- if you'd like - we can put them up on the string lights! 
  • Rice Paper Parasols (if needed for the sun for your guests) ~you only pay if they get damaged or are missing altogether {$6 per umbrella}
  • Restrooms (real bathrooms --no more porta potties!) for guests
  • Outdoor Commercial Heaters Available if needed (5)
  • Coffee Service is included!  ~we've got the big pots (3 40-cup makers) - we'll make it and serve it and supply the Condor's Nest Ranch disposable cups!  along with coffee, decaf coffee and hot water /tea bags 
  • Cake Cutting Service!  You bring your dessert! ...cake or cupcakes and we'll help cut it and set it out!  Ranch disposable plates provided!

Extra gatherings & parties besides the WEDDING Day are not allowed.  For the wedding you may have as many guests as you wish as long as you pay for them, for other days if extra lodging is booked/purchased there is a maximum of 20 allowed onsite, except for a rehearsal --which 30 guests total is acceptable.   We offer rentals (tables & chairs) for rehearsal dinners for an extra charge if needed.  Large gatherings should be held off-site for those other events which you would like to have larger than 30.

  • Shuttle for 5 hours to/from the Pala Casino for your guests before your ceremony and after the reception -to get them up/down the hill safely

    *EXTRA GUESTS over the package amount may be added on per person in the amount of $195 each.   All package prices INCLUDE all applicable taxes, labor charges, as well as gratuities for the food and beverage portion!  Please note:  children are not discounted. 
     
    EXTRA LODGING CAN BE ADDED FOR $350 EACH ADDITIONAL NIGHT FOR COTTAGE (SLEEPS 5) AND $1,200 PER ADDITIONAL NIGHT FOR RANCH HOUSE (SLEEPS 10 in beds, we allow 5 extra on couches, cots, their own airmatresses, etc.) IN 6,000 SQUARE FEET).
    The nights included are the wedding night as well as the night before and you choose --either the night before that or the night after (as long as it's consecutive)!
     
    Extra gatherings & parties besides the WEDDING itself are not allowed, except for a rehearsal for up to 30 guests onsite total.  Other days rented at the ranch are limited to 20 guests total onsite.  We also offer  rentals (tables & chairs) for rehearsal dinner if needed for an extra charge.
