*prices subject to change until confirmed/booked/deposit received.  We can adjust some of the packages to your circumstances....
e.g.: take off the catering if you have your own, or add additional hours for the Bartender or DJ!

We want to add that we have made these packages as complete and reasonable as we can!  On occasion we reevaluate and determine if we need to adjust our prices to keep up with our costs.  Prices are subject to change until booked. We have the belief that you should not be rushed or overcharged!
 (We think 1 Wedding or Event per weekend is more than enough! ....now 2 or 3 or even 4 per day is ridiculous!) 
We can't promise dates until the contract is out!

Our Wedding Coordinator
is INCLUDED for "day of"
in ALL of the packages! (includes 8 hours for day of, plus 1-2 hours e-mail coordination or meeting, (extra time is $50 per hour)
Duties include:  brides helper! coordination between vendors, contact person for guests, deliveries (cake/flowers, etc.), directions, shuttle coordination, parking, outside vendors, helping with flow, making sure seating, tables, dancefloor, flowers, set-up is in accordance to the brides wishes... arranging china, flatware, napkins, special details the bride has in mind....  she really is a necessity! 
 
 
Package 1 -
The Perfect Day Package  $15,000 (includes  everything listed!)
  • Wedding Ceremony Site for up to 100 guests
  • Reception Site for up to 100 guests
  • Lodging in the main house (6,000 square feet) - 1 Night (sleeps 10)
  • Lodging in the cottage - 1 Night (sleeps 5)
  • Tables for Reception - 60" round tables OR 8 ft. Long Tables (your choice)
  • Gold Chiavari "Bamboo" chairs (black pads or cream pads available to use)
  • White Hotel Linens - full length tablecloths and napkins
  • Wedding Coordinator for Day Of!  8 hours on your big day, plus 2 hours ahead of time coordination (email/phone/meeting)!
  • Silver Flatware - Beautifully mismatched!

  • Large Glass Vases (if needed) for each table (fill them with your favorite flowers) -we also have various jars & bottles to use...
  • White Wooden Folding Chairs with pad for the Wedding Ceremony

  • Catered Food - Santa Maria Style Barbecued Tri-Tip and Chicken, garden-fresh salad, garlic (or plain) mashed potatoes, pinquito beans, garlic bread, barbecue sauce!    (other menu's offered, please see the Menu page) 
  • Set up, Placement, and take down and clean up (trash/linens, etc.)
  • Bartender for 5 hours (does not include drinks or alcohol, you purchase he or she will serve) 
  • DJ, sound system and microphone for 5 hours 
  • Outside lighting - string lights!  also available to use: round rice paper globes to hook on to the string lights!  (100 available)

Weddings and Large Party Rates WITHOUT a package
 
If you are interested in doing everything yourself and just renting our site for your wedding or large event that is ok too!  The site fee for groups of people start at $5,000 (plus Lodging is ADDITIONAL). The Security Deposit of $5,000 is the same.  Keep in mind there is a $500 cleaning fee (included in the packages already) and you will need to provide proof of event insurance for your event. (runs about $175)  **This protects you and us from property damages, liability, alcohol related incidents, etc. above and beyond your security deposit.
 
For groups of up to 25 = $5,000 site fee (plus if lodging  is needed an additional $1,000 per night for up to 12 people overnight).
 
For groups of up to 50 = $7,500 site fee rental; plus an additional $1,000 per night for lodging (up to 12 people) 
 
For groups of up to 100 = $10,000 site fee rental; plus additional $1,000 per night for lodging (up to 12 people)
 
For groups of up to 150 = $15,000 site fee rental; plus additional $1,000 per night for lodging (up to 12 people)
 
For groups of up to 200 = $20,000 site fee rental; plus additional $1,000 per night for lodging (up to 12 people)
