We are a private estate available for select weekends, offering private use of our 20 acre ranch for your WEDDING! --no, there won't be multiple events going on at once!... it's peaceful, extremely unique and private!
EACH and every wedding is special!
It's all about YOU - so we won't be kicking you out after a couple of hours either -
We include lodging for up to 15, and all of the necessities!
...and unlike any other typical wedding venue ~in so many many ways..., we ONLY schedule 1 WEDDING per weekend (yours!)

here is what IS included!
the Dinner, the Shuttle Service, the Open Bar Service (yes! the booze is included! - champagne, mixed drinks, wine, beer, soda, etc) for 5 HOURS, no joke... -bartenders of course; the "Day of" Coordination; Security; DJ (the music of your choice) and one sound system for 5 hours; dinner china plates -all mismatched; silver flatware, tables (choice of round or long), chairs or wood benches! (white wood folding and gold chiavari); dance floor; set-up; take-down; clean-up; coffee service; the wedding liability insurance, not to mention all kinds of extras available to use! {*please see the Wedding Packages page for Pricing and a list of just some of the extras available to use at no extra charge} -EVENLODGINGfor 15! (ok, we're ok with 20 max - but 15 have beds!) --this way your family and/or friends are able to spend time together without stress or rushing... you can add on extra nights and stay for up 5 nights if you wish! Make it a family reunion, vacation and wedding all in one! It's clear you will need the basics we provide and include for your wedding and unlike any other wedding venue, we don't feel that "every single item is an extra add-on"! You need everything we include so rather than play with the price starting low and ending up "jaw dropping"! -- we just spell it out for you. Our prices are non-negotiable. Yes, without question, a wedding of any sort is a very expensive event in one's life - we feel there is no room for errors, do-overs or mistakes, therefore we've put a dynamic and incredible team together and we choose to ONLY do it this way to meet our goal -which is that each and every single couple we want HAPPY, we want to make it the BEST DAY OF THEIR LIFE - and always remember fondly how much of an incredible experience it was -for not just them, but also their family and guests as well! and all will remember! We feel our prices are very fair for what you get! A private ranch estate (we've been told "magical" more than a few times) for just you and your family and friends to enjoy! Not only that, but we include most everything you've got to have from a venue! -- you will be responsible for the items not included, if you so choose: flowers, dessert (but yes!, we'll serve it), appetizers, officiant, and photographer.
Of course we can help with any recommendation you may need for any other item needed! You don't need a "wedding coordinator" for your wedding day, we've got that covered! If you want to hire someone to help decorate, or to help you along the way with the wedding process day to day ahead of time, you are welcome to! You can bring up groceries when you check-in so you can all eat, cook if you wish, bird watch, watch movies, sleep in, make wedding favors, put together the flowers for each table, spend time with all of the animals, collect and cook the fresh farm eggs, go swimming, play croquet, play horseshoes, ....you really don't have to {and probably won't want to} leave the property!!!

more about the ranch itself! ....
This is a historical Ranch, originally known as "The Condor's Nest" and it is a place like no other. It is located in Pala, CA, (North San Diego County), up top a long winding road -approx. 3 1/2 miles off of highway 76. We are elevated approx. 1,800 feet above sea level, so the ocean breezes make it cooler than nearby Temecula and surrounding areas. It is private and secluded. You will drive up the long palm lined and stone wall driveway to see the horses, llamas, alpacas, a donkey, chickens, turkeys, pigs, goats, cows, the barn (an old working barn), the horse arena, the gorgeous grounds, (we've got 20 acres), the windmill, the tractors, the fire truck, the vintage slaughter house/now bar/pool house, the cottage (which used to be an old bunk house), and a giant adobe house, built by the famous Weir Brothers, designed by a senior Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice, Fritz Liebhardt, which was made to be in the shape of a cross.
Behind huge iron private gates, this all Glass and Adobe brick Ranch house, 6,000 square feet, is furnished in cowboy and Indian ranch style. Pala is a small unincorporated area in North San Diego County and is close to Fallbrook and Temecula. The ranch offers all the amenities of home, but in a sprawling, private and peaceful 20 acre "Rustic Elegance" ranch/estate setting. There are 5 bedrooms in the Ranch house (allowing sleeping for 10 in beds for the main house), also in addition, there is a cottage which allows sleeping for 5 and includes a kitchen and two bathrooms. Come for the weekend or stay for a week --it's a great family getaway and you feel like you are in another world. We have all of the "wedding stuff" onsite for your Wedding Ceremony and Reception. We have plenty of space, gorgeous views, and the whole place is yours! We've got chairs, tables, linens, even heirloom silver flatware and china (of course all mismatched) and a bar and dancefloor. In addition a beautiful extra large pool with lush trees all around and on a clear day the ocean is visible ... you will see a sparkle off across the horizon. Or you could have a Barn Wedding! We think spending time with those special people near and dear to you is something many weddings miss out on with their small windows of time --and especially those loved ones you don't get to see very often... spend some time over breakfast in the big ranch house having nice long talks.... not just the 5 minutes of quick conversation at the wedding reception and then that's it! Your family & friends are what it's all about - and those memories will last a lifetime. So many beautiful spots to make your day unique. The beauty of it is you don't have to rush out because the next Wedding is on their way in! We make it all about you and book ONLY 1 Wedding or Event per weekend!!!! It's about making it special for you and spending time with your family! You may even want to book extra nights and stay for up to a week! As long as it's available you are free to add on as many extra nights as you wish and make it a destination wedding and vacation all in one! Our favorite compliment is hearing from the bride and groom afterwards that their guests said "it was the best wedding they've ever been to"!

A commercial stove and large kitchen is perfect for making a big breakfast. All of our personal guests never want to leave and we think you won't want to either!
Here, you'll get the best of everything. Each of our rooms is decorated with comfort in mind.
A variety of room sizes and features are available including king or queen-size beds, bathrooms, private entrances and patios for each room, connecting rooms, even a separate cottage/guest house is available. It is all one level, except for the step down formal living room.
During your stay, you can collect fresh eggs, go swimming, play croquet or yard games ~ there is a ton of space outdoors to do whatever it is you fancy... and off the property there are several Indian casino's - some 5 minutes away, some 15 minutes away; you can go wine tasting in nearby Temecula, visit old town Temecula, go Antique shopping, hot air ballooning, go golfing at one of the many nearby courses, take a day trip to go to the Del Mar racetrack, Wild Animal parks, go to nearby Julian for their famous pies, go to the Palomar Observatory, along with all the many things to do in San Diego in general... the list is endless.
For your guests without a bed reserved at the ranch, they can stay at the Pala Casino, which is just a few miles away! {...and that's the shuttle pickup and drop off spot, ~your guests can park at the casino for free, whether they stay at the casino or not, and catch a ride on our private shuttle service ~completely unrelated to the casino}.
The shuttle just adds to the fun and adventure of your Wedding! ...and once the Wedding and Reception are over, the shuttle takes your guests back to the Casino! ... to their car, or to continue having fun after the wedding well into the night with an all night cafe located in the Casino, Dancing, Gambling, Lodging, etc.! It's a beautiful and upscale casino. It also has the largest (and yummiest) buffet in all of Southern California, along with 9 other restaurants and a full spa.

A separate Guest House (shown below!, courtesy of Apertura Photo) which allows sleeping for 5, two full size beds and one twin bed, two bathrooms, small kitchen, private bedroom and living area is available.
All stays require a $5,000 fully refundable* security deposit, due at time of booking -and cashed, which is returned after your departure, upon inspection of the house for damages/missing items. Rental rates and security deposit can be paid by cash, personal check, money order, cashiers check, **paypal (**extra fees may apply). {*we have a "no cancellation policy", therefore your security deposit is forfeited if you cancel for any reason}

Reservations by the day/night for FAMILY Vacations & getaways (not a wedding or party) of up to 15 people allowed total onsite each day/and overnight (maximum) now available in August and September 2013 (certain dates open -please inquire!) (yes, we do still have some availability for 2013!) RATE: is $5,000 for 2 days (the minimum) (includes house and cottage and cleaning fee), and $1,500 each additional day added that is available!
